Your responsibilities include managing customer bookings for services and repairs, making damage assessments, scheduling and planning jobs for the mechanics, and handling customer payments. You will provide proposals for actions, pricing calculations, and quotes to customers and insurance companies. It is part of the role to allocate booked jobs to the workshop in an efficient manner to meet agreed delivery times to customers.

This is a direct recruitment, and you will be employed directly by the client.

Your profileWe are looking for someone with knowledge of cars and car repairs. We prefer candidates with experience as a claims estimator/claims advisor, mechanic, or damage repairer, and a good understanding of all processes in the workshop. Technical education in automotive and documented experience in the automotive industry is highly meritorious. Experience with business systems such as Kobra and/or Cabas is also an advantage. A requirement is proficiency in using a phone and computer as work tools. To succeed in this role, it is important to have a good sense of service and the attitude to always find solutions. You strive to build good relationships with both customers and colleagues. Since the tasks are numerous and involve some planning and administration, it is important that you can prioritize and be structured and meticulous in your work approach. A B driver's license is a requirement, and you must be fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written.
