About the Position

As a Gym Coordinator at Fitness24Seven in Gothenburg, you will work in a dynamic and health-oriented environment where your main responsibility is to ensure that the gym is in top condition and that our members receive the best possible experience. You will be part of an engaged team that values health and service.

In the role of Gym Coordinator, you will belong to the cluster in Gothenburg where you will work at the facilities in Olskroken, Kviberg, Gamlestan, Stampen, Kungsbacka, and Kungälv. This is a full-time position where your working hours will primarily be 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM Monday to Friday, with the possibility of working 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM on Fridays. Desired start in January/February.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Ensuring that the gym is clean, tidy, and functioning well by following a maintenance checklist.
• Handling service requests and minor repairs of gym equipment.
• Reporting larger repairs.
• Conducting member rounds, which includes putting weights back, restocking materials, and ensuring that the gym is in top condition.
• Contributing to a positive customer experience by providing excellent service and building relationships with members.
• Inventorying consumables and placing orders as needed.
• Traveling between gyms in Olskroken, Kviberg, Gamlestan, Stampen, Kungsbacka, and Kungälv.

About You

We are looking for someone who has completed high school and is handy, with an interest in machines and equipment. You have a strong interest in service and thrive in a role where you can take your own initiatives. As a person, you are organized and engaged, with the ability to adapt to different situations.

Furthermore, we see that you are relationship-building and enjoy working with people. You have a genuine interest in fitness and health, and see a long-term commitment in your work at Fitness24Seven.

Important for the position:

• Completed high school diploma.
• Enjoy working according to routines and processes.
• Interest in service and working with people.
• Ability to work independently and take your own initiatives.

Previous experience in service-oriented jobs is an advantage but not a requirement. We also see that you are fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written, and have a good understanding of English. Since the role involves working alone and handling payment methods, you must be at least 18 years old.
