We are looking for someone with experience in finance assistant work and believe you have previously worked with some of the following tasks:

• Ongoing bookkeeping and invoice management
• Accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Account and payment reconciliation
• Reminder and collection management
• Assisting with monthly and annual financial closing
• Administration of expenses and travel invoices
• Experience with financial systems such as SAP, Visma, or Fortnox is an advantage
