About the Company

Since its inception in 1997, our strategy has been to be the leading provider of industrial rope access in the Nordic region. By spreading knowledge of our working methods, we have laid the foundation for a completely new industry in Sweden. We help our customers reduce downtime with maximum safety by offering maintenance work, repairs, inspections, and training at height, in confined spaces, and other hard-to-reach locations. Approximately 90% of the company's revenue comes from work with wind power. Our customers include both manufacturers of wind turbines, owners, and operation and management companies.

Since October 2019, we are also certified according to ISO 9001 (Quality), 14001 (Environment), and 45001 (Occupational Health and Safety). We also have a representative at the Swedish Institute for Standards (SIS) in TK 403 – Technical Committee for Personal Fall Protection Equipment.

Job Description

As part of our expansion, we are now looking for a business-oriented project coordinator who is always one step ahead. In this role, you will have a broad responsibility, including resource planning, coordinating travel, and reviewing and approving timesheets, expenses, travel claims, and supplier invoices. You will have a holistic view and be responsible for directing and coordinating the administrative work around the projects, which means you will work closely with both technicians and project managers. Therefore, it is also essential that you enjoy working in a team and have a natural interest in building and nurturing relationships.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone with experience working as a project coordinator, preferably in the construction industry, or similar experience from sectors such as travel, events, hospitality, or restaurant industries. Experience from the energy sector is an advantage but not a requirement.

As a person, you are driven, courageous, structured, and social, with a business-oriented approach. You are a relationship builder who thrives in a coordinating role and has the ability to be attentive and solution-oriented. You have a humble yet demanding work style and find it easy to take ownership of your work with the goal of always exceeding customer expectations. Your communication skills are strong, and you are used to using Swedish and English in both speech and writing. You also feel comfortable with the Office suite, which is necessary to handle all parts of the job. Additionally, you have a valid driver's license (B), which is a requirement.
