We are now looking for a star who can support the home care sales manager in increasing the visibility of home care and attracting more customers to find Attendo as a provider.

Job Description

As a salesperson for Attendo home care, your primary purpose is to, together with the sales manager, develop, plan, and optimize the sales and marketing efforts for our home care services so that each operation achieves its sales and marketing goals. The assignment also includes creating synergies between assisted living and home care by working with the entire customer journey.

Together with the sales manager, routines and processes will be created for effective local sales work. As part of our continuous improvement efforts, you will evaluate sales and provide improvement suggestions. In your role as a salesperson at Attendo, you will ensure that Attendos operations are represented in various forums such as events, fairs, and digital platforms with target group-adapted messages and content. You will also adapt messages according to each target group's unique needs and develop content and activity plans together with the local operation. The assignment also includes building and maintaining customer relationships with officials and politicians within the region's municipalities.

The role involves close collaboration with Attendo's various home care operations where you will together plan, implement, and follow up on marketing and sales efforts and create motivation and opportunities for managers to carry out local sales work. You need to be able to travel as the best way to achieve results is through personal meetings!

  • Marketing and/or sales education or other relevant education
  • Several years of experience in marketing and/or sales
  • Previous experience in care and nursing or business with similar business methodology
  • A good ability to express yourself well in speech and writing in Swedish and English
