Who is First Camp?

Our goal is clear - to become the world's leading camping chain. To achieve this, we need to deliver outstanding guest service. Without our service-oriented employees at the Contact Center, it is impossible. First Camp is expanding, and we need more employees for our Scandinavian Contact Center located in Gothenburg.

What does the role entail?

As a customer service employee at First Camp's Guest Service, you play a crucial role. Your task is to respond to phone calls, emails, chats, and social media from our guests. You assist both individuals and companies.

A large part of your role involves providing added value. We want you to be proactive and guide our guests to better options than they initially considered. Therefore, it is important that you are well-versed in our various offerings and products.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone with experience in sales and customer service, as well as good phone skills. You communicate fluently in Swedish or another Scandinavian language and have strong IT skills. German is an additional advantage.

We value personal qualities and seek colleagues with a high service level. You should appreciate varied dialogues with guests and enjoy using the phone as a tool. To ensure high guest satisfaction, accuracy, curiosity, responsiveness, and engagement are important traits.

Conditions

We are looking for employees for the summer season 2025 with varying hours (20-40 h/week). Working hours vary and may include evenings and weekends.
