Your employment offer

In the role of Receptionist at Billes Tryckeri, you will be the company's face to the outside world and ensure a positive first contact for our visitors. You will also handle accounts receivable and other administrative tasks. The role involves a combination of service, coordination, and administration in a family-like environment.

Your tasks

• Be the face of the company and welcome visitors and colleagues
• Ensure that the reception and common areas are representative and inviting
• Accounts receivable with reminder management and reconciliations
• Be responsible for mail handling
• Ordering office supplies
• Booking meeting rooms and coordinating events
• Handling calls and emails
• Other administrative tasks

Worth knowing

Billes Tryckeri is located in nice and modern premises in Mölndal. Working hours are 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM with a 30-minute lunch. Since you are the company's face to the outside world, it is required that you are present during your working hours.

Our expectations

To succeed in the role of Receptionist, you need to have experience working in reception and/or customer service. You also have experience with accounts receivable. It is an advantage if you have experience with Fortnox.

You are service-oriented, accommodating, and have an easy time expressing yourself verbally and in writing. You are good at handling many tasks simultaneously and have the ability to manage stressful situations calmly and effectively. As a person, you are structured and have an easy time collaborating. Furthermore, you are self-driven and like to take your own initiatives.

You have completed high school and have good system skills as well as being a regular user of Office 365. Additionally, you have good knowledge of Swedish and English in both spoken and written form.
