JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Preschool Teacher at Bagaregården with a focus on accessible learning environments and systematic quality work.

Are you an engaged preschool teacher who wants to help create conditions for children's learning and changing knowledge? We are now looking for a driven and knowledgeable preschool teacher for our team, who wants to take an active role in shaping and developing our education and teaching.

As a preschool teacher with us, you will work to create accessible and inspiring learning environments that promote children's curiosity and participation. Have a clear focus on analyzing, reflecting, and evaluating children's changing knowledge over time and using this knowledge to develop the operations. Work process-oriented with long-term pedagogical planning based on both the curriculum's goals and children's curiosity and needs.

Be responsible for leading the systematic quality work in a team together with childcare workers, which includes planning, following up, analyzing, and evaluating children's learning.

The position is a 6-month temporary contract.

QUALIFICATIONS

Have a teaching license as a preschool teacher and good knowledge of the preschool curriculum, current scientific research, and proven experience. If you are a newly graduated preschool teacher, you will receive a mentor upon your employment. The mentor is part of a central group and is tasked with helping you get a good start in your professional life with us.

Have experience creating accessible learning environments to meet children's imagination, curiosity, and conditions. Have a habit of working reflectively and continuously following up on children's learning.

Have the ability and interest to lead a team in a structured and process-oriented quality work with indicators and concrete goals.
