AI University is looking for a procurement officer who is passionate about educational development and wants to be part of our initiative to shape the future of vocational higher education programs. We offer training in AI and technology and are now seeking a person who can drive and be responsible for writing applications to the Swedish National Agency for Higher Vocational Education (MYH) for both short courses and programs.

Your Responsibilities

• Be responsible for designing applications that meet industry needs and MYH's requirements for vocational education and courses.
• Create and maintain collaborations with industry experts to ensure high quality in educational applications.
• Compile and analyze data to create competitive educational concepts.
• Ensure that applications are delivered on time and meet the highest quality standards.
• Contribute ideas and strategies to develop AI University’s educational offerings.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience writing applications to MYH or similar projects.
• Is structured, meticulous, and has a good ability to express themselves in writing.
• Has experience in project management and can work with tight deadlines.
• Is interested in technology and education, preferably with knowledge in AI.
• Thrives in a dynamic and innovative environment.

It is a merit if you:

• Have worked with educational development within vocational higher education or similar fields.
• Have experience collaborating with industry organizations and companies.
