We are looking for a career counselor for VT 25 at 20-40% depending on background, experience, etc.

As a study and career counselor, you will be part of our schools' student health team and play a central role in students' choices regarding their future careers and/or further studies. With a professional approach, you provide students with objective and independent information and guide them towards their personal goals, both individually and in groups.

You will work closely with the school's educational staff in the general counseling mission to contribute to increased decision-making competence among students. The work is varied, and you will split your time between our schools, with a majority at Sjölins, which is the larger of the two schools. We have a set annual flow that we wish for you to follow, but of course, there is room for your own initiatives that you see can strengthen our schools' work. Some of the work can be done digitally.
