JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a teacher in after-school care at Eriksdalskolan, you play an important role in contributing to our vision that Everyone should always be included. The vision is based on the pedagogical, social, and physical environment where students should succeed in school and develop according to their unique abilities.

Eriksdalskolan is currently in an exciting phase where we are making an extra effort for after-school care. We are looking for someone who is passionate about developing the after-school care program. You will have a key role with a special development assignment. The assignment involves you, together with colleagues and the principal, developing and organizing our learning environments, pedagogical planning, and collaboration in the complementary assignment together with the school.

We are building a strong team where collaboration, commitment, and a forward-looking attitude are key words. With meaningful activities and good relationships with guardians and staff at the school, we work to create a good and safe learning environment for our students. We are looking for someone with experience, drive, and a vision for possibilities. You are a relationship builder with a strong desire to develop together with others and can contribute positively to our development work.

The role also includes teaching students in school and after-school care as well as supervising during breaks. Working with students' social development and values is also an important part of the assignment.

QUALIFICATIONS

Certified teacher with a focus on after-school care or leisure pedagogy. Experience is an advantage.

To start working in preschool, school, after-school care, and other educational activities, you must present an extract from the criminal record. The extract is valid for one year and can be ordered from the Swedish Police Authority www.polisen.se.

Those who do not present an extract from the criminal record cannot be employed, contracted, or welcomed into the activity according to current legal requirements.
