The role is relatively new in Sweden and is important for our professionalization regarding contract issues, win-back, renegotiations, and termination management.

As a Contract Manager, your main responsibilities will include:

• Motivating customers who wish to terminate their contract to stay with us.
• Making agreements and renegotiating contracts when necessary.
• Working with the exit process and win-back for customers we cannot turn around immediately.
• Answering contract questions both internally and externally.
• Administrative work associated with terminations and renegotiations.
• Encouraging existing customers to utilize all content in their subscription and increasing their competence regarding our services.
• Building good customer relationships and continuously working to improve the customer experience.
• Actively contributing to increasing our customer portfolio and identifying areas that can enhance upselling to existing customers.
• Enriching our CRM system Hubspot with knowledge.
