We are now looking for an Upsales Agent:

Are you curious about a career in sales and want to start working with upselling? Then this could be the position for you! Fortum works to customize and sell electricity contracts to businesses across Sweden. With a focus on customer benefit and sustainability, we help our customers get the best electricity contracts. In the role of Upsales Agent, you will:

Receive incoming calls and actively sell security packages and ID protection.

• You have the ability to understand and read customer problems.
• Competitive and goal-oriented.

Requirements for this position are:

• At least a high school diploma.
• You are comfortable handling various systems.
• Ability to communicate fluently in English and Swedish, both in writing and speaking. (Other languages are a plus.)
• Previous sales experience is highly meritorious.
• Ability to work 100%.
