The company is a comprehensive IT provider for businesses that want to consolidate all their solutions with one single provider. They offer a wide range of services and products, including telephony, IT support, printers, and other office supplies, as well as services like coffee machines, driving logs, and work order systems. The company focuses on simplifying their customers' everyday lives by providing the best possible service and support through a single point of contact. A total of about 65 people work in Sweden, with headquarters in Central Sweden. The current position is based at the Gothenburg office, where the team consists of four salespeople.

Responsibilities

As a salesperson, you will be responsible for creating and nurturing long-term customer relationships. Your role involves identifying and understanding customer needs and presenting solutions that create value. By working proactively, you will develop business opportunities and drive the sales process from first contact to closing the deal. The role also includes following up on results and working towards clear goals, always with the customer's best interest in mind. You will be part of a competent sales team and will be offered a thorough introduction.

  • New customer acquisition with a focus on creating and nurturing long-term customer relationships
  • Drive the sales process from first contact to closing the deal

Education, experience, and personal qualities

  • Experience in B2B sales is an advantage, but not a strict requirement. The most important thing is that you are driven and have a genuine interest in creating and developing customer relationships
  • You are used to working towards goals and have the ability to plan your time independently
  • Experience in performance-driven contexts, such as elite sports, is particularly valuable
  • Driver's license (B)To succeed in this role, we see that you have a strong drive and a great interest in working with people. You need to be someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and has the ability to build trust and create relationships. Furthermore, good communication skills, both verbally and in writing, are required, as well as being goal-oriented in your work approach
