As a customer care agent with us, you are an important support for the customer throughout their journey. Our customers' needs vary depending on size, industry, and internal challenges, but what they all have in common is that they can feel secure with us as a steady partner in their systematic work environment efforts. It is important that you, as a customer care agent, are attentive to what the customer needs. It is a broad role that works across several areas and provides the opportunity to delve into issues. Most questions you will solve first line, but of course, you have colleagues with various relevant competencies to back you up.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Customer support via phone and email. The tool we use for case management is Hubspot.
- Answer questions regarding invoices, contracts, and the content of the Assist subscription.
- Help customers navigate our digital platform “Mitt Avonova” and answer simpler system questions.
- Receive cases that come into our Sick Leave and Labor Law phone line.
- Answer questions about training and health insurance.
- Create good customer relationships and continuously work to improve the customer experience.
- Always strive to give that little extra and deliver beyond expectations.
- Actively contribute to increasing our customer portfolio and identify areas that can enhance upselling to existing customers.
- Enrich our CRM system Hubspot with knowledge.
Who are you?

At times, there is a lot to do, so it is important that you thrive in a fast-paced environment while being able to keep a cool head and make good priorities. We view previous experience in customer service or service-related work positively. Experience or interest in sales is also welcome. Knowledge/experience in work environment and HR is a plus but not a requirement.
In addition to the above, you need good system knowledge and the ability to navigate easily in the digital world. You should be able to communicate fluently in Swedish and English to assist our customers.
