• Extensive experience in requirements work within IT solutions in large complex organizations.
• Deep knowledge in the requirements area, including methods, processes, models, and traceability.
• Communication skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• A strong ability to collaborate and the ability to work independently.
• Experience in leading workshops and moderating requirements gathering.
• Ability to document functional requirements based on business needs.
• Ability to present and discuss various solution proposals.

If you also have experience in the manufacturing industry, that is a big plus.
