Information about the position

Professionals Nord is seeking a Marketing Coordinator in collaboration with ZeeU. The position is a temporary role for at least one year, with good opportunities for long-term employment with the company. The recruitment process is conducted by Professionals Nord, and you will be employed directly by ZeeU.

ZeeU is a consulting firm specializing in ERP systems Jeeves and Microsoft Business Central. The company's success is built on a long-term, close, and proactive collaboration with clients – with a high level of service and quality in delivery.

In this role, you will be part of an engaged and unpretentious team where collaboration, ideas, and initiatives are encouraged. You will work closely with both management and colleagues and have a significant opportunity to influence how marketing efforts develop moving forward.

The work is hybrid and flexible, with an office located in central Gothenburg.

Job responsibilities

The role is combined, with the current focus being approximately: 70% marketing, 20% sales support, 10% events and office coordination.

You will work with:

• Updating and managing the website in WordPress/Elementor
• Content creation and publishing on social media, primarily LinkedIn
• SEO work, statistics tracking, and analysis of marketing efforts
• Creating marketing materials in Canva or similar tools
• Coordinating and executing events such as webinars, customer meetings, community activities, and kick-offs
• Supporting the sales organization with marketing-related activities
• Coordinating office-related initiatives such as Friday breakfasts and team activities

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience with WordPress, preferably in combination with Elementor
• Has worked with social media, primarily LinkedIn
• Has experience with Canva or similar design tools
• Thrives in a role where you multitask and manage several parallel tasks
• Has a strong drive and willingness to test, learn, and develop new working methods
• Has good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written

The role is suitable for someone who is relatively junior, with some work experience, but with a clear interest in marketing and communication, and who wants to grow together with a company in expansion.
