Do you want to work in an important role where you contribute to the IT security of the City of Gothenburg? We are now looking for a technician for the Operations Center unit within Intraservice.

Here you will be part of a competent team that owns, manages, and develops the technical platforms and tools that are crucial for the city's security work.

As a technician, you will be responsible for the installation, configuration, maintenance, and development of the tools and platforms that the Security Operations Center (SOC) uses in its daily work. You are an important link between the business, technology, and suppliers, ensuring that our systems have high operational reliability, good security, and are prepared for future needs.

You will work closely with SOC analysts, management, and external partners – and support the organization in designing integrations and technical solutions.

Examples of Responsibilities:

• Be responsible for and manage cases related to the tools used by the SOC
• Develop and be responsible for integrations with other tools and services
• Train and support users of the tools within your area of responsibility
• Be responsible for dialogue with suppliers regarding support cases related to products/tools
• Work on continuous improvement and together with SOC and CISO ensure that the systems are used optimally for their purpose
• Be responsible for ensuring that related documentation is created and maintained

About You

Qualifications

• University degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
• Background as a system manager or technical specialist in security or infrastructure services
• Good technical understanding and ability to work with complex systems in a larger organization.
• Experience in technical management, operations, and automation
• Experience in incident management

Meritorious:

• Experience working with SIEM, SOAR, NDR, and email security
• Experience working with log management
• Knowledge of scripting
• Experience with API integrations

Intraservice conducts socially important activities, and therefore we have high demands on our employees' security and confidentiality awareness. The position is classified according to the Security Protection Act (2018:585). This requires Swedish citizenship and a successful security check, which includes, among other things, a background check via SÄPO and a passed alcohol and drug test.

You will hold the position of Systems Analyst with us.
