The role of IT Support Specialist means being part of the client's IT service desk, receiving, managing, resolving, and documenting various IT issues from the organization's users. For this, you need to have a genuine interest in IT and the ability to support users over the phone. You will work according to established processes and routines, and it is important that you are meticulous in your work. As a consultant, you represent and are the face of both Nexer and the client. About the position

As a consultant in IT support for the current client in Borås, you will work broadly within IT and user support. There is a strong focus on customer service and documenting and updating the knowledge database. You are expected to gather good information and troubleshoot as quickly as possible to resolve the user's issue. The role also includes suggesting improvements and keeping shared information up to date.

We would like you to

• Have experience in customer service or have previously worked in IT support

• Have a genuine interest in IT (maybe you built your first PC before you learned to walk?)

• Be motivated to solve problems and leave the user with a smile on their face

• Enjoy meeting people and providing support in a pedagogical way

• Be structured and meticulous as a person

• Have fluent knowledge of Swedish in both spoken and written form

It is an advantage if you have worked with any case management system and are familiar with Microsoft Office.
