We are looking for a highly senior strategist who wants to contribute to shaping and ensuring the quality of an organization's AI work from a holistic perspective. You will work closely with management and steering groups, supporting strategic decisions related to AI, design, and digital innovation. The focus is on ensuring that AI initiatives are conducted methodically, ethically, and human-centered, and are well anchored in relevant regulations and governing decisions.

• Establish a common direction, common language, and effective working methods for the organization's AI work.
• Act as a strategic sounding board for management, steering groups, and project management.
• Ensure that AI initiatives comply with the AI Act, GDPR, Swedish administrative ethics, and political mandates.
• Contribute to the development, quality assurance, and anchoring of strategic principles and decisions.
• Quality assure methodology, analysis, and decision-making materials in policy and strategy sprints.
• Facilitate workshops and present complex issues in management and steering group contexts.

• At least 20 years of documented experience in strategic work within design, digital innovation, and/or AI.
• Documented senior competence in human-centered design combined with AI, with strategic application in complex organizations.
• Experience in leading strategic roles over the past 10 years (e.g., strategist, design director, or research leader).
• Doctoral education (PhD or equivalent) in a relevant field, such as AI, information technology, design, or cognitive science.
• Excellent communication skills and experience presenting and facilitating for management teams and larger forums.
• Documented ability to develop, structure, and quality assure strategic decision-making materials such as presentations, reports, and policy and strategy documents.

• Experience in similar assignments, verified through reference projects.
• Experience combining academic research with practical strategic work.
• Published knowledge in the field, such as a book, guidelines, or frameworks for AI-driven service development.
• Experience in training, lectures, or competence development in AI and design.
