We are now looking for an Upsales Agent:

Are you curious about a career in sales and want to start working with upselling? Then this could be the position for you! Fortum works to tailor and sell electricity contracts to businesses across Sweden. With a focus on customer benefit and sustainability, we help our customers get the best electricity contracts. In the role of Upsales Agent, you will:

Receive incoming calls and actively sell security packages and ID protection.

  • This role requires you to have good language skills in both Swedish and English.

Qualifications:

  • Good administrative skills.
  • Service-oriented.
  • You have the ability to understand and read customer problems.
  • Competitive and goal-oriented.

 

Requirements for this position are: 

  • At least a high school diploma.
  • You are comfortable managing different systems.
  • Ability to communicate fluently in English and Swedish, both in writing and speaking. (Other languages are a plus).
  • Previous experience in sales is highly meritorious.
  • Ability to work 100%.
