What does the role offer?

As a team leader for Operations and Maintenance, you play a central role in directing and prioritizing daily work to maintain reliable and optimal operations. You are the hub in planning preventive maintenance, repairs, and service, and are responsible for ensuring that larger maintenance efforts are organized and executed smoothly. You ensure that the spare parts inventory is structured and well-stocked and manage purchases in close collaboration with the Operations and Maintenance Manager.

In your role, you are a key person both internally, as a contact for production, and externally towards contractors, where you contribute to strengthening collaborations and driving development work forward. Together with the Operations and Maintenance Manager, you identify the department's future needs and areas for development. If necessary, you also participate operationally in the work.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone with solid experience in operations and maintenance. Knowledge in electricity, pneumatics, and hydraulics is a valuable asset, as is experience from a similar role. If you also have leadership training, we consider that an advantage. We seek someone who is reliable, meticulous, and efficient, with a positive attitude and a proactive approach that makes a difference. You enjoy coaching and developing others and are driven by creating success together with your team.
