Site Manager, Jan-Allan – As a property technician at Bostäder, you need to have a strong commitment and solid technical property knowledge, as the job involves repairs in apartments and buildings. Familiarity with systems is also important, as we handle all our cases digitally in our property system. Succeeding in the work within people's homes requires great social competence to meet our tenants in a good way. They should feel safe and secure when we come knocking on their door. Attention to detail and feedback are other qualities that will make you a star with us!

What do we offer?

Your workdays will primarily consist of:

• Repairs in apartments, premises, and common areas.
• Handling incoming work orders and providing feedback via our property system.
• Ordering, following up, and providing feedback with subcontractors.
• Handling invoices for completed repairs or orders.
• Service and maintenance of machines.
• Participating in and leading tenant meetings and tenant introductions.

Since you will need to drive one of our cars, which still has a manual standard, a B driver's license with manual transmission is required for the position. You also need to have documented experience in the main tasks. It is advantageous if you have experience in repairing appliances and using machinery such as tractors, ride-on lawnmowers, and other smaller machines.
