THE ROLEIn customer service, you are the right hand of the sales department when it comes to the energy sector. You assist the sales team with contract review and management of customer agreements, as well as take over the daily dialogue with suppliers and corporate customers via email and phone. You are digitally savvy and easily navigate our backlog system. At the same time, you are used to ensuring delivery in a smooth and simple way. Handling customers and their inquiries is done in a professional and reliable manner. An important aspect is to stay one step ahead and retain current customers, with a strong focus on winback & turns.
