Professionals Nord is seeking a Course Developer in collaboration with Snap-on Equipment. Job Responsibilities

As a Course Developer, you will primarily be responsible for developing web-based training, but also for other types of courses and training materials in line with Academy and the company's standards. You will create product training, participate as a subject matter expert in the development of new concepts, and ensure that course materials are updated and of high quality. The work also involves staying informed about product changes, developing your own skills, and contributing to the company's ambition to be a leader in skills development. In addition, you will improve training processes, manage administrative tasks, and follow the company's guidelines, values, and regulations.

In this role, it is crucial to communicate fluently in both English and Swedish, as you will have many points of contact and collaborate with colleagues and other stakeholders. To succeed, you need to be both structured and creative, with a genuine interest in developing educational concepts and improving work processes. The role suits you if you thrive in a dynamic environment where you get to interact with people and organizations while driving improvement work and creating new solutions.

We are looking for someone who has:

• Driving license B
• Commitment and drive to improve and further develop existing training
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Swedish, both spoken and written
• Technical curiosity and the ability to quickly understand different systems and digital tools
• Administrative experience and system familiarity, where previous experience with LMS (Learning Management System) is a merit
• Experience or strong interest in designing and developing training or courses
