About the Roles

As a payroll administrator or payroll specialist with our clients, you will play an important role in managing payroll processes and ensuring that all employees receive accurate pay. Your tasks may include:

• Responsibility for all or parts of the payroll process
• Handling discrepancies, time reports, and expense claims
• Administration of pensions and benefits
• Contact with employees and authorities regarding payroll-related issues
• Participate in improvement work and system updates

Your Profile

To fit the role, we see that you:

• Have experience in payroll administration and/or as a payroll specialist
• Have good knowledge of relevant payroll systems (e.g., Hogia, Visma, Agda, or similar)
• Are updated on applicable laws and regulations regarding payroll, taxes, and labor law
• Are meticulous, structured, and have a strong service mindset
• Have good communication skills, both in Swedish and English
