As a physiotherapist, you will be part of the team around the patient together with occupational therapists and other colleagues at the healthcare center. Your tasks include clinical primary care work with assessment, treatment/rehabilitation of patients of all ages and all diagnoses. We offer mentoring and training programs.

Treatment is primarily conducted individually, but also in groups. Patients often have a complex symptom profile, so we place great importance on your ability to collaborate, as contact with referrers, healthcare neighbors, the Social Insurance Agency, etc., will be an important part of the care of these patients. Fitting and prescribing aids are included in the job responsibilities. We work according to the Vårdval Rehab Västra Götaland.

About you

We are looking for a licensed physiotherapist who wants to take on the challenge of working independently and planning your work effectively based on set goals. You can handle an uneven workload and unforeseen events.

In your work, you will meet many different people, so it is important that you are attentive, communicative, and can identify the individual's unique needs to develop a joint treatment plan. For you, it is a given to collaborate with your colleagues and, if necessary, other actors. You focus on care, with great commitment to the patient's well-being. You describe yourself as enterprising, self-driven, and a team player who works to move the organization forward. You master the Swedish language in both spoken and written form. Qualifications

Licensed physiotherapist. Previous experience in the profession is an advantage, but we also welcome new graduates. Great emphasis is placed on personal qualities, flexibility, and collaboration skills. A valid driver's license (B) is required.
