Working as a Psychologist at WeMind At WeMind, we provide psychological treatment in an evidence-based, structured, and manualized manner, measuring treatment outcomes to ensure that patients receive the right care. It requires skill to adapt the manual and your approach to the often complex patients we encounter in psychiatry. Main Responsibilities:

• Assessment
• Evaluation - part of the basic assessment for new patients, prior to their participation in various interventions and during renewed care planning
• Treatment - ranging from psychoeducational group interventions to individual CBT treatments

Your new workplace WeMind Gothenburg is a general psychiatric outpatient clinic, which means we treat most types of psychiatric diagnoses. We offer a pleasant and well-structured workplace with a good atmosphere, short decision-making paths, and well-designed care processes where we put patients first.

The clinic is located in attractive premises in central Gothenburg, close to public transport and a wide range of restaurants and cafes around the corner. Sixteen psychologists, specialist doctors in psychiatry, ST doctors in general medicine, psychotherapists, and administrators/medical secretaries work at the clinic. We have close collaboration between different professions and actively work for good cooperation with relatives, care neighbors, and authorities.

The care agreement extends across the Västra Götaland region, and part of the position may be allocated to other parts of the region.

About you:

• Licensed psychologist
• Experience in a similar role is an advantage
• Strong interest in psychological treatment and training in CBT for various psychiatric diagnoses
• Interest and training in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) is an advantage

You are used to working independently and enjoy taking initiative and developing the work forward. At the same time, you are attentive and value participation and collaboration with other professional groups. You have a positive attitude and find the social work environment and team spirit important. Actively considering the patient's perspective in terms of transparency in care processes and providing a good reception to everyone we meet is central to you.
