We are an innovative educational actor focused on artificial intelligence and its practical applications, and in this role, you will have the opportunity to lead and develop our programs together with a dynamic team.

About the roleAs an educational leader at AI Högskolan, you will be responsible for ensuring that our programs maintain high quality and meet the needs of both students and the labor market. You will play a key role in planning, coordinating, and following up on the programs, as well as collaborating with students, educators, and external stakeholders.

Your responsibilities

• Plan and organize the structure and content of the programs in accordance with guidelines and requirements.
• Coordinate and support educators and ensure that the teaching is of high quality.
• Be a point of contact for students and handle inquiries regarding the programs.
• Ensure that the programs meet industry needs and follow up on students' LIA (learning in work).
• Document and follow up on course results and report to relevant authorities.

Your profileWe are looking for a structured and solution-oriented person with good collaboration skills. You have a passion for education and want to contribute to creating an environment where students and educators thrive and develop.

Meritorious

• Experience working in higher vocational education or the education sector.
• Experience in administrative work and documentation.
• Knowledge of LIA planning and follow-up.
• Experience in industries related to AI or technology.

Requirements

• Relevant higher education or university degree.
• Very good knowledge of Swedish and English.
• Good IT skills, including experience with the Office suite.
