Reac Group is looking for an engaged Financial Controller who will play a crucial role in strengthening financial governance and contributing to the company's international success. In this role, you will work closely with management and have significant opportunities to influence the development of the business in a dynamic and international environment.

About the role:

The role is based at the headquarters in Högsbo, Gothenburg, and you will report to the CFO, who is based in Poland. You will be responsible for the ongoing accounting and year-end management for Reac AB, as well as preparing and publishing monthly financial reports.

For Reac Group, you will focus on controller-related tasks, such as budgeting, forecasting, and analysis for the company's two production facilities in Poland.

Main responsibilities:

• Accounting: Responsible for ongoing accounting, year-end closing, and reporting for Reac AB.
• Controlling: Analyze and follow up financial results within the group.
• Budget and forecasts: Support preparations and analyze deviations at the group level.
• Financial analysis: Identify trends, deviations, and improvement opportunities. Conduct profitability analyses to support business development.
• Production follow-up: Collaborate with local management in Poland to analyze and develop the follow-up of production and product costs as well as profitability.
• Support to CFO: Assist with analyses, decision-making support, and development of business processes.

Your profile:

We see that you have worked for a few years in Finance/Controlling, have a basic understanding of accounting, and are analytically inclined. The importance of collaboration is highly prioritized by you, and you enjoy having many points of contact. You can communicate fluently in English and Swedish, are unpretentious, and have a strong focus on quality! Furthermore, you like the idea of being an active part of the company's growth. Traveling to Poland regularly is not a hindrance for you either.
