About the Role

With us, you will be part of a small, unpretentious finance function where we support each other and work closely together. In the spring of 2025, we are facing several exciting projects where you will help bring in-house the accounting that is currently outsourced. Furthermore, you will have the opportunity to participate in the implementation of a new ERP system – from design and testing to go-live. You will also be involved in improving processes and routines, developing governing documents, and working with internal controls. We would like you to contribute to budget and forecasting work and take on exciting ad hoc analyses, such as profitability per customer and project.

As our first Accounting Manager, you will have a significant opportunity to influence and help build our finance function. By your side, you will have CFO Ulrika Svanberg as a reliable sounding board. The headquarters is located in Krokslättsfabriker. When you step in with us, you will be at the heart of the operation, where developers, testers, and salespeople sit together to create solutions that truly make a difference.

Main Responsibilities:

• Ongoing accounting, reconciliations, and percentage-of-completion accounting
• Monthly and annual financial statements and annual reports in K3
• Management of bank and payments, VAT reporting
• Currency adjustments, accruals, and management of intangible assets
• Internal invoicing, ensuring correct bookkeeping, and supporting subsidiaries in the USA, UK, China, Mexico, and India.
• Consolidated reporting in AARO
• Monitoring results and balance sheets through analysis and investigation
• Participation in budget and forecasting work
• Continuous development of routines and processes
