We work person-centered, meaning that you as an individual are seen and acknowledged in our operations, whether you are working, a relative, or receiving assistance.

We operate throughout Sweden, from north to south, but have our office in Stockholm. We choose to be the slightly smaller and more personal choice for those seeking a more personal assistance.

The company's founder and owner have previously worked as a personal assistant, which we see as an extra strength that helps us build stable workgroups where we deliver high-quality, person-centered assistance.

We are now looking for a part-time personal assistant for a boy living in GÄVLE.

Workplace description

We are looking for a personal assistant for a boy born in 2018 living with his family in Gävle. He is an energetic and active boy who enjoys playing games like Roblox, Minecraft, etc. You will assist the boy in his daily life, which also includes tube feeding.

You need to be calm, very attentive, and positive. You also need to be meticulous and ensure a sense of security for the boy so that you can build a strong mutual trust. The boy has, of course, privacy, which means we are looking for a serious person who sees this as a long-term commitment.

Furthermore, you are a stable, clear, and secure person who can handle but also counteract stressful situations. Actively being part of creating a safe yet interesting and fun daily life for someone else is something you are truly passionate about. We look forward to working with you if you enjoy taking responsibility, are curious, and are well aware that teamwork is essential. Here, routines are important, and understanding that the client's needs are the focus is what drives the entire daily life.

Requirements

In this assignment, you need to understand English as the boy only speaks English, but we would like you to speak Swedish during the work shift to promote accessibility to also speak Swedish.

About the employment and position

He goes to school during the weekdays, so the available working hours are in the afternoons, evenings, and weekends. The part-time position is planned for 15-20 hours per week with some possibility for extra shifts. Initially, we would like to get to know each other through a temporary employment, with the possibility of a fixed schedule after that – for the right person.
