We are now looking for another caring, initiative-taking, and dedicated person for our child client. Someone who wants to contribute to making our client's life better every day, who enjoys having fun and making a difference. You will also be a great support for the parents, therefore it is important to understand collaboration and see yourself as part of a workgroup.

We work to create a sustainable structure around the support we provide to the child, and as an assistant, you will have a significant role with some influence in the planning and implementation of motor, intellectual, and social stimulation.

Continuity and security are important components, so we are looking for someone with the ambition to share the child's journey for a longer period.

The work also involves caring tasks and being attentive to the general condition and daily form. Experience with children with disabilities is a plus, but greater emphasis is placed on your personal qualities such as being fond of children, imaginative, and self-confident. Good hand hygiene is a requirement, as well as understanding the importance of protecting the child from external infections.

Being a personal assistant to this girl means being a flexible multitasker who enjoys having fun, likes to play, enjoys music, and reading books. But also finds it rewarding to train motorically and cognitively with the child at home. You also need to be able to perform some tasks from the floor when the child is there.

The chemistry between you and the child is very important, as is your compatibility with the rest of the family. You cannot be allergic to pets, must be a non-smoker, and you cannot use snuff during working hours.

You also need to master the Swedish language very well, as communication and understanding each other in crisis situations are extremely important.

The employment is scheduled time, at least 20 hours a week, depending on what you agree upon, but not full-time. The need is every day of the week, but currently, there are no nights and evenings until around 7 PM may occur.
