ABOUT THE POSITION

Vi Omsorg is looking for a personal assistant who wants to work as a substitute for our client in Viksjöfors. As a substitute, you will work as needed, for example when regular staff is absent. You are expected to work both weekdays and weekends, and shifts will generally be scheduled between 07:00 AM and 08:00 PM.  If the cooperation between you and the client goes well, there is a possibility for a fixed-term position with a set schedule between spring and autumn 2026. ABOUT THE CLIENT

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with a happy and energetic 22-year-old girl who has recently graduated from high school and is now facing exciting new challenges in life. She has an intellectual disability, autism, ADHD, and epilepsy, and for her, clear routines are an important part of everyday life. She lives close to her parents, and as a personal assistant, you will have a natural collaboration with them.

As an assistant to our client, your tasks will include:

• Supporting her daily routines
• Assisting with personal hygiene, dressing and undressing, and during meals
• Supporting in various situations, as she may become aggressive in response to loud noises
• Participating in daily activities
• Motivating and engaging

We are looking for someone who is secure, empathetic, and understands the importance of creating a calm and structured environment. You should have good patience and enjoy working according to established routines, while also being creative, resourceful, and playful when the situation requires it. In the recruitment process, we place great emphasis on personal suitability. The client requests only female assistants.

REQUIREMENTS

• Driver's license and access to a car to get to the workplace

QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous experience in healthcare or similar fields
• Previous work experience with individuals who have intellectual disabilities, autism, ADHD, or epilepsy
• Previous educational work experience  

Start date: As agreed, we hope you can start the introduction immediately.

Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Other compensations in accordance with collective agreements.
