We are looking for someone with a big heart and a desire to make a difference in children's lives. We prefer that you find it easy to collaborate with others and have the ability to be flexible and responsive to adapt to the children's needs.

Qualifications:

• We prefer that you have education as a preschool assistant 
• Previous experience working in preschools is highly meritorious
• Good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written, is required.
• You have good knowledge of the content of the curriculum and feel that you can contribute to the development of the organization together with colleagues in a collegial learning environment.
• You have good knowledge of Office365

Norlandia Preschools Spira is located in Hille in Gävle. We want to give children a desire for play and learning, new discoveries, and joy in movement. Our own chef offers daily taste experiences and energy. The educators participate in the pursuit of knowledge, lead movement games, and teach your child about the importance of living sustainably. Alongside this, we work a lot with literature and reading aloud in preschool. 

At Norlandia Preschools, we offer you professional development every term based on the preschool's prioritized goals and initiatives. You will benefit from our unique concepts, professional development days at the preschool, central initiatives, and offerings through our digital learning platform.  

Employment type: 6 months probationary employment that transitions to permanent 

Scope: 100%

Working hours: daytime 

Start date: 2/1 - 2026

We apply individual salary setting and have a collective agreement. Interviews are conducted on an ongoing basis, and the position may be filled before the application deadline. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.

Before a possible employment, you must be able to present an extract from the criminal record. You also need to be able to prove that you have the right to work in Sweden by showing that you have citizenship within the EU/EES or a valid work permit.
