Sonja is 12 years old and lives in Stockholm but spends all her holidays, especially the summer, at a vacation home in Norrbo, Hudiksvall municipality. We are looking for you to work as a personal assistant and relieve the parents. There is high flexibility regarding the assistant's schedule, so please write your preferences in your application. You will work in a beautiful environment in the Dellen area, with great opportunities to be outdoors and enjoy the surroundings.

Sonja is a calm and happy girl who likes to be close to people, go for walks, and relax. She cannot walk or move independently and therefore needs practical help with most things in daily life. The assignment includes help with, for example, feeding, changing clothes, and hygiene. You will be her important support in all aspects!

The work includes breathing exercises, training, and strengthening muscles. Sonja does not have a spoken language but communicates with sounds and body language. Being able to interpret body language is therefore important! The job also involves monitoring general health and epilepsy. Sonja loves water and likes to bathe in a bathtub. If you feel comfortable in water, it is a big plus.

Where: Norrbo (located between Hudiksvall and Delsbo)

Employment Grade: Possibility for part-time or full-time based on your preferences!

Working Hours: Day, afternoon, or evening

When: Primarily during the summer holiday 2026, but work opportunities also exist during other school holidays.

You speak and understand good Swedish and see opportunities instead of difficulties in every shift. You should find it easy to read and sense other people, have good self-awareness, and be calm within yourself.

Being an assistant with us means being an inventive generalist with imagination and humor, having the ability to see opportunities for both play and fun according to the girl's own ability, but also moments for relaxation.

Experience in care and welfare or with children is an asset, but the personal chemistry with our client and her family is very important, and therefore great weight will be placed on your personal qualities.
