We are currently looking for a personal assistant for a lively young man in his 20s who needs support around the clock. Here, you will have a job where days are filled with movement, experiences, and social interactions — and where you make a real difference every day.

About the assignment

You will be part of his daily life and accompany him in the activities and environments he is in. Some days are spent at day activities, where you, as an assistant, will follow along and support him based on his needs. Your role is to create security, contribute to structure, and strengthen his self-determination, while helping with the tasks needed to make daily life run smoothly.

Working hours

We offer flexible shifts based on needs:

24-hour shifts or shorter shifts
Night shifts include waiting time
Extra shifts as needed, approximately 1–2 shifts per month
