We are now looking for a driven receptionist/administrator for a well-established driving school in Kista with a good reputation and a growing number of students!

With us, you will be the hub of the operation – the one who ensures that everything runs smoothly on a daily basis, that students feel welcome, and that our training sessions work seamlessly from booking to driving lesson.

About the role

As a receptionist and administrator, you will be responsible for both customer reception and the school's administration. The role is varied, developing, and suits you who enjoys juggling multiple tasks.

Your responsibilities include:

Managing bookings, scheduling, and student administration

Assisting students with questions about courses, driving lessons, instructor courses, and payments

Responsible for invoicing, records, and other documentation

Supporting driving instructors with planning and coordinating driving lessons

Ensuring that the reception and premises are always tidy, welcoming, and professional

Assisting with simpler practical tasks related to cars and equipment

We are looking for someone who

Has experience in administrative work, preferably within driving schools, education, or customer service

Speaks and writes fluent Swedish and English

Has good computer skills and an eye for structure and order

Is independent, service-oriented, and solution-focused

Has a pleasant and professional demeanor – both towards students and colleagues
