We are now looking for an Accounts Assistant who wants to take full responsibility for accounts payable and accounts receivable in a global company. Here you will be part of a smaller cohesive finance team where the pace is high and the tasks are varied.

About the role

In this role, you will be responsible for the entire flow of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable. You will be a key person in the finance team and contribute to securing financial flows, reporting, and closing during an important period. Your main areas of responsibility are:

• Management of accounts receivable and accounts payable
• Reconciliation of certificates and invoices in multiple currencies
• Control and correction of prices, payments, and discrepancies
• Follow-up on incoming payments
• Support to the team with ongoing financial administration

You will be part of a dedicated team with colleagues in various roles where everyone supports each other and collaborates closely.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who has:

Several years of experience in accounts receivable and accounts payable, preferably from companies with a high-volume environment Experience in international settings and working with multiple currencies Good system skills The ability to work independently and quickly adapt to tasks

As a person, you are structured, unpretentious, and efficient. You find it easy to keep order even when the pace is high and thrive in an environment where a lot is happening.
