We develop our products in-house with a dedicated team based around Mälardalen, Sweden. Our tech stack includes C#, Node.js, C++, and MariaDB, with deployments managed in Azure DevOps and Kubernetes (AKS). We're continuously evolving our systems to meet modern development standards and customer expectations. We’re now looking to hire a talented senior developer to expand our team.

About the role

As a Senior Developer, you will play a key role in maintaining and extending the functionality of our digital signage system. You will tackle complex challenges and have the opportunity to influence technical decisions. This position also includes 3rd line support, ensuring high availability and uptime for our customers.

Who are we looking for?

We're looking for someone who has:• Strong knowledge of Linux systems. • Expertise in the .NET tech stack, including C#. • Interest in tackling the complexities of building and managing IoT solutions, such as digital signage systems. • Proficient in English. • Basic knowledge of Swedish is a plus, and we encourage you to learn it if you’re not fluent.It's also meriting if you have:• Experience with the Debian/Linux, packaging and C++. • Familiarity with microservices, Kubernetes, and MariaDB.To thrive at Shoppa we also believe that you have:• Team Spirit: You enjoy collaborating in a dynamic team environment. • A problem-Solving Mindset: Analytical and logical thinking with a knack for learning quickly.

Work Environment

You normally work from our office in Enköping. Remote work is possible on a project by project basis, but we believe in nurturing team spirit by being on location. If you’re relocating, we offer a relocation program to support your move, including assistance with work permits, visas, and housing.
