Experienced Asset Manager Wanted for Swedavia

We are now seeking an experienced Asset Manager for our client Swedavia, focusing on energy to cover a parental leave for one year. In the role of Asset Manager, you will be responsible for the management and leadership of an area of administration, which includes planning, monitoring, and development of management and maintenance plans, as well as coordination and prioritization of actions. You will have overall responsibility for asset management within your area of responsibility, with a focus on a Life Cycle Cost (LCC) perspective.

About the Position

As an Asset Manager, you will have overall responsibility for the management area, which includes both technical and economic governance. You will ensure that management and maintenance plans are kept up to date and that development needs are identified and addressed. An important part of the job is to initiate and lead planned development and improvements of the facilities. The purpose of the assignment is to ensure that the area operates efficiently during the current period and contributes to long-term sustainability.

The position is a consulting assignment via Poolia with a planned start in February/March and is expected to last until February 1, 2026, with the possibility of extension. The assignment offers an opportunity to work with Swedavia, a leading player in airport infrastructure, and to be a central part of their team responsible for long-term management and development of the facilities.

Who Are You?

We are looking for someone who has:

• At least 3-5 years of experience in energy production and distribution
• Higher education with a relevant focus
• Experience working with asset management and technical governance
• Good ability to work both strategically and operationally
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders
