QRIOS is now looking for several laboratory engineers for consulting assignments at Fresenius Kabi in Uppsala, a world-leading healthcare company in clinical nutrition, infusion therapy, biological drugs, and medical technology.

The chemical laboratory is responsible for the inspection of finished products and packaging materials and participates in several development projects. The laboratory is well-equipped and currently employs about 40 people. The dominant analytical techniques in the laboratory are chromatography, spectroscopy, wet chemistry, and microscopy.

Your main responsibilities

As a laboratory engineer, your main tasks/responsibilities include:

• Independently perform work according to method descriptions and instructions or experimental plans
• Compile, verify, and report results
• Plan your own work according to given priorities and timeframes
• Participate in deviation investigations
• Perform tasks according to GMP
• Actively participate in improvement work within the factory/laboratory

Who are you?

We believe that you who are applying have:

• A degree in analytical chemistry or equivalent
• Experience in analytical chemistry work, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry
• The ability to express yourself verbally and in writing in English and Swedish
• Good knowledge of GMP
• Easy to collaborate and the ability to independently drive work forward
