Our consultants work both at our office in Uppsala Business Park and on-site with clients. The office location gives us proximity to interesting dialogues and lectures with other clients, as well as access to several activities organized at Uppsala Business Park. We offer you flexibility, collective agreements, three extra days off, wellness grants, contributions for your home office, and much more.In the role, you will come into contact with a variety of companies and contribute your knowledge in analytical chemistry. We have assignments in both Medtech/IVD and Pharma. You will be involved in the development of Semcon's internal competence in analytical chemistry, and in the long term, there are opportunities to work in other roles depending on your interests. You will work with:

• Validation of analytical methods for pharmaceuticals and medical devices
• Qualification and validation of laboratory equipment
• Evaluating, reporting, and reviewing analytical results
• Method development of analyses

To fit in the role, you enjoy working with a focus on improvement and have an analytical approach. As a consultant, you also thrive in a changing environment and are happy to share your own knowledge and experiences. We believe you have:

• Experience as an analytical chemist or equivalent
• Knowledge of method development for pharmaceuticals, medical devices, and/or IVD products
• Good knowledge of GMP and/or GLP
• Practical experience working in a laboratory environment, with methods such as HPLC, LC-MS, Mass Spectrometry, and ELISA
• Relevant scientific education or equivalent
