About the Role

The role primarily involves you working alongside section manager Niclas Fridholm to establish a plan and ensure its implementation for the development of HVAC in Uppsala.

An ability to have a strong will and drive, particularly regarding customer contacts, is a significant plus for the role; good relationships with clients and a service-minded approach are integral to our current operations.

You will also collaborate closely with other group managers and team leaders to ensure that all activities and resources are directed towards a developing and economically profitable operation.

The prioritized areas of operation include, in addition to the above, quality in assignments, assignment follow-ups, and the development and improvement of the section's work with bids, project economics, quality work, etc. This is to ensure a consistent approach across all offices where the section operates.

The assignment requires a strong interest and drive not only to have your own ideas regarding the development of the section in Uppsala but also to improve the quality of our delivery for all projects, large and small.

Leadership qualities that focus on projects and the section in collaboration with the section manager, operational manager, and other staff are also needed for the role.

A crucial success factor is the ability to implement ideas and to listen to employees, gauge the market, promote AFRY and our competencies, and develop the management of assignments.
