- Participate in efforts to improve response support and develop information channels.
- Deepen your pharmaceutical knowledge and strengthen your communication skills.
- Gain insight into and be part of the Medical Products Agency's overall operations.
Through your role with us, you will become an important part of the work for safer and more effective use of medicines in Sweden.
Your Background

- Is a licensed pharmacist or licensed pharmacy technician with several years of relevant experience.
- Has solid pharmaceutical knowledge and a strong desire to share it.
- Is comfortable working in digital environments and has excellent computer skills.
- Has very good knowledge of Swedish and English, with the ability to express yourself clearly and professionally in both spoken and written form.
Experience in working with drug information is an advantage.
Your Personal Qualities
We are looking for someone who enjoys communicating and has a natural ability to build trust via phone and other channels. You have a strong commitment to contributing to improved and safe use of medicines and are curious and motivated to continuously stay updated with the latest knowledge in the pharmaceutical field. With your ability to analyze and evaluate information from various sources, you can convey it clearly and pedagogically. You are attentive, patient, and skilled at making accurate boundaries in information provision, while also being flexible and service-oriented. Your good ability to prioritize and work systematically allows you to handle pressured situations well.
