District Nurse to the Resource Pool!

Close care and health is now looking for you as a district nurse for our Resource Pool, where you will be offered a permanent full-time position starting by agreement. With us, you contribute to the work of making our operations independent of hired staff while ensuring good accessibility and high quality for our patients. Your Mission

Being employed in the Resource Pool means working at various clinics within the administration, according to the needs of the health centers. Work in the Resource Pool thus means that you vary your workplace based on the needs of the operations for placement and staffing. Flexibility is therefore an important part of the position, as you need to be prepared to change placement from one day to the next as needed. You will travel during working hours and start from Kungsgärdets Center, where there is access to a bookable service car.

In this position, you will have a stimulating, varied, and flexible job with a large degree of responsibility at the health centers. The staff of the Resource Pool are highly appreciated, and to thrive in the role, you need to be someone who finds it stimulating to have short assignments at different workplaces, while also having your home base in the internal working group within the Resource Pool, which has a good community.

Your Competence

You are a licensed district nurse with a few years of experience in the profession and have confidence in your professional role. It is important that you have a good ability to communicate in Swedish, both verbally and in writing, and it will be required that you have very good collaboration skills and are flexible. We place great emphasis on personal suitability. A driver's license is a requirement for the position.
