Then you might be the one we are looking for! As a customer service specialist with us, you will play a key role in ensuring high customer satisfaction. You will collaborate with our factories and customers to provide accurate product and service information, create quotes, and resolve any issues with precision and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Optinova's commercial team to provide accurate, valid, and complete product and service information.
• Create quotes by working with the sales team and factories to obtain the right product and cost.
• Identify and assess customer needs to achieve high satisfaction.
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
• Manage returns/complaints and feedback by working with factories and the sales team to provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within deadlines.
• Maintain data accuracy in the ERP system by keeping records of customers and archiving documents.
• Handle orders, deliveries, purchases, and invoices.
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.

Qualifications

• A passion for customer service with a people and results-oriented attitude.
• 5 years of documented experience in customer support, preferably within Life Science.
• Fluent in Swedish and English (German is a plus).
• Experience working with ERP systems (experience with ERP Monitor is a big plus) and knowledge of MS Office 365.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Ability to adapt and communicate with different personalities and cultures.
• A positive attitude and a desire to grow and develop the role.
