The Regional Management Office is part of Region Uppsala, one of the largest employers in Uppsala County. The Management Office supports the political leadership and administrations to ensure that the political direction is implemented in Region Uppsala's various operations, allowing the region to fulfill its role both regionally and nationally. The Management Office is led by the Regional Director and has a governing, supportive, and coordinating role within Region Uppsala. The Management Office includes the Department of Finance and Management, the Department of Regional Development, the IT Department, the HR Department, the Health and Medical Services Department, the Information and Communication Department, and the Regional Director's staff. Our Operations

Friskhuset is a wellness facility located at the Academic Hospital and is open to all employees within Region Uppsala. We offer promoting, preventive, and rehabilitative activities to employees and managers both individually and in groups.

Friskhuset has a large gym and group training every weekday. We offer physiotherapy, ergonomics, and transfer training. We also provide coaching, massage, and lectures/courses on various themes, such as load ergonomics, preventing physical ailments, stress management, and mindfulness. We have been operating since 1993 and have been in our current premises above the ambulance since 2005.

The unit has eight employees, four of whom are physiotherapists. We now need to hire another physiotherapist on a temporary basis, starting as soon as possible. Is it you we are looking for?

Your Assignment

You will primarily work with receiving employees with various issues for individual assessment and treatment.

Your Qualifications

You are a trained physiotherapist with experience in primary care, occupational health care, or similar. It is advantageous if you have any form of further education in orthopedic medicine, sports medicine, pain, and ergonomics. It is also beneficial if you have training and experience in leading group training sessions as well as experience in any of our other service areas.

You are good at collaborating and communicating with your colleagues. You have a good understanding of people's different conditions and adapt the way you convey your message to the recipient's situation.

We Offer

A temporary position for 8-12 months or as agreed, starting as soon as possible. Full-time, daytime, Monday to Friday with varying working hours.
