Job Description

Do you want to work in a varied role where you can utilize both your administrative and social skills? Do you also speak Danish? Then this is the role for you!

In this position, you will support our customers by administering orders, reviewing invoices, and handling other administrative tasks. You will, when necessary, process and update relevant customer data (prices, products, contracts, etc.). This role involves a lot of customer contact, and you will support and assist our customers with various inquiries. You will work in a well-established organization and collaborate closely with several colleagues.

The position is located in Uppsala and is a consultancy assignment.

Your Profile

We expect that you have previously worked in a role involving customer contact, through which you have developed a good understanding of customer needs and provide a high level of service in your work.

As a person, you are communicative, social, and take great responsibility for your tasks. You have good administrative skills and knowledge of MS Office. Additionally, you speak Danish, Swedish, and English, and hold a B driver's license.
