Mobello is a fast-growing entrepreneurial retail chain selling stylish, trendy mobile accessories and repairing mobile phones and tablets. With us, you will find a wide range of everything you need and want for your mobile phone, such as cases, screen protectors, chargers, holders, and more!

Mobello has six stores in Stockholm located in: Skärholmen, Täby, Farsta, Mall of Scandinavia, Åhléns City, and Nacka Forum. In addition to Stockholm, we have one in Gränbystaden Uppsala, Nordstan Gothenburg, Frölunda Torg, and Emporia Malmö.

About the position

As a store manager at Mobello, you will have an excellent opportunity to develop your leadership skills by coaching your colleagues in sales and customer service. As a store manager, you will also be responsible for a significant part of the store's sales. Mobello also repairs mobile phones, and every day you will work with a technician who repairs the devices our customers bring in. The technician also acts as a salesperson, and as a store manager, you will receive training for simpler repairs.

The store manager is responsible for the store's results and daily operations. You will work daily to create and maintain a sales-oriented environment in the store and ensure that we provide our customers with top-class service. In addition, you will be responsible for approvals and some scheduling.
